Fantasy Impact: Mostert compiled 15 of the Dolphins’ 22 team carries in Thursday’s loss. The former 49er has out-carried Chase Edmonds 34 to 16 since Week 1 but has yet to find the end zone. The backfield volume has definitely tilted in Mostert’s favour, yet it hasn’t translated to immediate fantasy success. Furthermore, the Dolphins backfield doesn’t have much upside unless it completely becomes a one man show. With the unfortunate head/neck injury sustained to Tua Tagovailoa, prepare for Teddy Bridgewater to be under center for the Dolphins when they travel to New York to clash with the Jets in Week 5.
