Rashaad Penny is participating in OTAs with the Eagles.

Fantasy Impact: Penny missed the end of last season after undergoing surgery on a broken fibula. He signed a one-year deal with the Eagles this offseason. He should be splitting the backfield with recently acquired D’Andre Swift this season.
