Per Jake Trotter, former Browns wide receiver Rashard Higgins has agreed to a one-year deal with the Panthers.
Fantasy Impact: Carolina adds some needed depth to their wide receiver core with the addition of Higgins. The 27-year-old out of Colorado State had a down year last season with the run-heavy Browns. Unfortunately, going to the Panthers does not increase his value enough to make him appealing in fantasy.
