Fantasy Impact: The Kansas City wide receiver room is wide open, and Rice has just as much a claim to be their top wideout as any other. While guys like Kadarius Toney and Marquez Valdez-Scantling are ahead of him for now, it’s not out of the question he could be their number three wide receiver heading into the season with the potential to move even further up the depth chart.
