Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Rashod Bateman (groin) is officially active and will play in Sunday’s game against the Los Angeles Chargers.
Fantasy Impact: Bateman will make his NFL debut after missing the first five weeks of the regular season following core-muscle surgery in mid-August. The 27th pick of the 2021 NFL Draft could have an expanded role in the Ravens offense with fellow wide receiver Sammy Watkins (hamstring) ruled out for Week 6. Devin Duvernay and James Proche should also see an uptick in targets while Watkins is sidelined. Fantasy managers should temper expectations in Bateman’s debut, and the rookie is mainly a dart throw in deep league formats this Sunday.
