Fantasy Impact: Sinnett will provide the Bengals with a backup quarterback should Jake Browning start Monday for the injured Joe Burrow. Sinnett has a chance to stick with the Bengals’ practice squad after the Patriots signed Will Grier from the Cincinnati practice squad Thursday.
