According to Greg Bedard of the Boston Sports Journal, the Patriots are targeting Panthers WR Robby Anderson via the trade market.
Fantasy Impact: Dating back to the 2020 offseason, Anderson has been linked to the Patriots. The team tried to sign the veteran away from the Jets before he signed his deal with the Panthers. New England is in desperate need of receiver help having Tre Nixon, 7th round, N’Keal Harry, 1st round, Braxton Berrios, 6th round, and Malcolm Mitchel, 4th round since 2016. One of the Patriots’ top priorities seems to be adding a WR to the list of Kendrick Bourne, Jakobi Meyers, and Hunter Henry for Mac Jones.
