Arizona Cardinals CB Robert Alford has signed a one-year deal to return with the team in 2021, as reported by NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.
Fantasy Impact: Alford was previously released by the Cardinals to save money, as he earned $15 million across the last two seasons while he was injured. After missing 2020 with a torn pectoral, Alford has opted to return on a cheaper, one-year deal in hopes of finally playing for the Cardinals. He spent six years with the Falcons before signing his previous deal with the Cardinals in 2019 and could become an impact player in their secondary alongside Budda Baker and Patrick Peterson in 2021.
