Romeo Doubs has been rising up the Packers’ depth chart as he continued create a lot of buzz in training camp according to ESPN.com’s Rob Demovsky.
Fantasy Impact: Doubs has already created great chemistry with quarterback Aaron Rodgers who has consistently connected with the rookie in practice. Allen Lazard has become the de facto WR1 in Green Bay since they traded Davonte Adams to Las Vegas but Doubs could rise as high as WR2 in certain offensive sets. Green Bay does not have an elite WR1 with the loss of Adams, but Lazard, Doubs, Sammy Watkins, and Randall Cobb, along with the now healthy rookie Christian Watson, give Rodgers more quality options, top to bottom, than he has ever had. Doubs currently has an ADP of 161 but has WR2 potential and could be one of the steals of the draft for fantasy managers who are savvy enough to take him late.
