Fantasy Impact: Howell had a terrible outing on Sunday, failing to log a touchdown and throwing three picks in a blowout loss to the Bills. His offensive line wasn’t doing him any favors by letting him get sacked nine times, but he still made some really bad decisions that kept Washington out of this game all afternoon. He has shown some slight bursts of fantasy value so far this season, but he’s too inconsistent to trust starting on a week-to-week basis.
