Sam Howell very busy in Week 5

Sam Howell completed 37 of 51 passes for 388 yards, two touchdowns, and one interception in the Commanders’ 40-20 loss to the Bears on Thursday. He also rushed for 19 yards on four carries.

Fantasy Impact: Howell was busy, and from a fantasy perspective, he delivered a solid outing. Not only did he throw for 388 yards and two scores, but he also racked up completions and operated as the Commanders’ leading rusher (though he did not have much competition). Outside of a poor Week 3, Howell has been a decent fantasy quarterback and should rank in the mid-range QB2 tier for Week 6.
