The Dallas Cowboys have ruled rookie edge rusher Sam Williams out for Week 16’s matchup with the Philadelphia Eagles on Saturday.
Fantasy Impact: Williams recently was involved in a car accident and was taken to the hospital as a precaution. Williams later said no one was seriously injured in the accident. Williams has been ruled out with a concussion and a neck strain after missing practice Friday, costing the Cowboys depth against a strong Philly OL.
