Fantasy Impact: Perine caught a 12-yard touchdown pass from Joe Burrow in the first quarter. He soundly outproduced starter Joe Mixon, who finished with just 38 all-purpose yards on 15 touches. Perine remains a top-end handcuff heading into a Week 4 matchup against the Dolphins.
