Sammy Watkins inks one-year deal with the Ravens

WR Sammy Watkins is signing a one-year, $6 million contract with the Ravens. The deal includes $5 million guaranteed.

Fantasy Impact: Watkins visited both the Ravens and Colts this past week, but ultimately ends up with Baltimore on a one-year deal. The 27-year-old was limited to 10 games in 2020 due to calf injury. He hauled in 37 receptions on 55 targets for 421 yards and two touchdowns for the Chiefs last season. Watkins gives QB Lamar Jackson another target in the Ravens passing game to go along with WR Marquise Brown and TE Mark Andrews. Watkins is currently 77th among all wideouts in the latest expert consensus rankings, but expect that number to rise with the latest news.
