Saquon Barkley does not play in preseason opener

Saquon Barkley did not play in the Giants’ preseason opener against Detroit.

Fantasy Impact: Barkley turned in a great 2022 season as he was healthy for the first time since the 2019 season. The 26-year-old tallied 1,312 rushing yards and 10 touchdowns on 295 carries and 338 receiving yards on 57 receptions. Barkley currently ranks as the RB3 in ECR and has the potential to finish as the RB1 by the end of the season.
