Vikings QB Sean Mannion completed 22-of-36 passes for 189 yards and one touchdown in Sunday night’s blowout loss to the Packers. He added two carries for 14 yards.
Fantasy Impact: Mannion actually led the team in rushing yards, as Dalvin Cook was held to merely 13 yards on nine carries. While Mannion didn’t commit any turnovers, he did not display much accuracy throwing the ball throughout the entire game, and finished with 5.3 yards per attempt. He failed to push the ball downfield for most of the contest, until garbage time late in the second half when the Packers had already taken care of business. Mannion is expected to resume his backup duties in next week’s season finale with Kirk Cousins back under center, unless the Vikings decide to rest their starters in what will be a meaningless game against the Bears.
