Tank Dell (concussion) was a full participant at Houston’s practice on Wednesday.

Fantasy Impact: Dell was out in Week 6 thanks to a concussion, but he was able to log a full practice coming off of the team’s bye in Week 7. It’s looking almost certain that he will be able to play this week, which is good news for QB C.J. Stroud. Dell could be a worthwhile streaming option in a favorable matchup against the Panthers on Sunday.
