Tank Dell (concussion) ruled out Sunday

Texans WR Tank Dell has officially been downgraded to out with a concussion.

Fantasy Impact: Dell suffered a head injury and had to be helped off the field by the team’s training staff. Dell will now enter the NFL’s concussion protocol and will look to recover ahead of Week 6.
