Fantasy Impact: Hill’s rushing opportunities continue to make him an high upside play. No other TE in the league is used in such a diverse way. His floor isn’t very safe, but at a position where it seems no one’s floor is safe, if you want to take a swing for the fences Hill remains a home-run waiting to happen.
