Tee Higgins (hamstring) is expected to play Sunday against the Browns, per head coach Zac Taylor.
Fantasy Impact: Higgins was limited in practice Thursday, but appears to be trending towards being able to play Sunday. The 23-year-old has dealt with a few injuries this season and has still produced at a high level. Fantasy managers should start Higgins if he is active Sunday.
