Fantasy Impact: Higgins has been dealing with a hamstring injury that left him limited in practice all week. He was able to upgrade to full participation at practice on Friday, and it seems like he will be available to play on Sunday. He isn’t as safe of a start with this injury, but he will likely be a good fantasy option if he’s 100% healthy against the Buccaneers.
