Terrence Brooks agrees to a one-year, $2 million deal with Houston

Free agent safety Terrence Brooks has agreed to a one-year, $2 million deal with the Houston Texas.

Fantasy Impact: The former New England Patriot totaled 21 tackles across 14 games last season. Brooks has four career interceptions but primarily played on special teams for the Pats. He could see an increased role with the Texans.
