Terry McLaurin was among the many players who sat out Saturday, as the Commanders rested most of their starters against the Ravens.
Fantasy Impact: McLaurin has been a star for the Commanders since he was drafted in the 3rd round out of Ohio St. in 2019. The largest limitation to his fantasy ceiling has been the subpar QB play in Washington during his time there. McLaurin has had arguably the worst QB play of any top-20 fantasy receiver over the last few years, and it has resulted in him having the lowest percentage of passes thrown his way being deemed catchable. However, Carson Wentz is now in town, and while he is by no means a superstar, he should be an upgrade over any QB McLaurin has had at his disposal so far in his career. Fresh off a contract extension, McLaurin could be in for a career year if he and Wentz can put it all together on the field. Draft McLaurin as a WR2 in all formats this season.
