Tony Pollard rushed nine times for 43 rushing yards and a touchdown while also adding four receptions on seven targets for 55 receiving yards in Sunday’s 20-17 win over the Bengals.
Fantasy Impact: It was a great bounceback game for Pollard, who was more efficient than Ezekiel Elliott on the ground, 4.8 yards per carry compared to Elliott’s 3.5, and was the second-most targeted receiver with Cooper Rush under center. This Dallas backfield will likely fluctuate throughout the season, so it may be hard to project Elliott and Pollard on a weekly basis. For now, Pollard can be viewed as a FLEX option with more PPR upside.
