Travis Etienne Jr. shut down by 49ers in Week 10

Travis Etienne Jr. rushed for 35 yards on nine carries and caught 2 of 4 targets for just nine yards in Sunday’s 34-3 loss to the 49ers.

Fantasy Impact: Etienne had found the end zone at least once in four consecutive games coming into Week 10, but the Jaguars’ offense as a whole failed to put a single touchdown on the board against the 49ers’ stingy defense. It obviously did not help Etienne’s stat line when the Jaguars were forced to the air after falling behind big in the third quarter. Just chalk this one up to a tough day opposite a tough defense. Etienne remains an RB1 headed into a matchup with the Titans.
