New England Patriots wide receiver Tre Nixon is making an early push for a roster spot as practices continue into the summer, according to Mike Reiss of ESPN.
Fantasy Impact: Nixon, a 2021 seventh-round pick, reportedly caught two beautiful deep balls from Mac Jones during practice. He spent all of last season on the practice squad but has impressed the coaches enough to stay on the payroll, and it looks like he could earn a promotion to the 53-man roster in 2022.
