Trent Sherfield recorded one reception for 75 yards and one touchdown on three targets in Sunday’s 33-17 loss to the 49ers.
Fantasy Impact: Sherfield delivered a 75-yard scamper to the house on the opening play. Unfortunately, he was held to just the one reception. The 26-year-old has recorded 38 targets, 25 receptions, 355 yards, and two touchdowns this season. It’s worth monitoring fellow wideout Jaylen Waddle this upcoming week after he was banged up in Sunday’s game. If Waddle is limited in anyway, Sherfield would be the next man up. Sherfield has a softer matchup on deck as he plays the Chargers in Los Angeles on Sunday Night Football in Week 14.
