The Saints designated WR Tre’Quan Smith (hamstring) to return from injured reserve.

Fantasy Impact: This activates Smith’s 21-day practice window. Michael Thomas is still a couple of weeks away, so this is certainly good news for the Saints. As of now, however, Smith isn’t a recommended fantasy stash outside of deeper formats.
