49ers rookie QB Trey Lance (finger) was limited in practice Friday, but is not listed on the official injury report Week 1 vs. the Lions.
Fantasy Impact: The expectation is Jimmy Garoppolo gets the start, with Lance coming in for certain packages throughout the game, much like in the third preseason game. Lance brings a very unique skill set to the table and could be a problem for opposing defenses throughout the season.
