49ers running back Trey Sermon is a healthy scratch against the Cardinals on Sunday afternoon.
Fantasy Impact: With Jeff Wilson Jr. returning from the PUP list, San Francisco had four running backs on its roster (or five if you count Kyle Juszczyk). As such, Sermon, a rookie, is the odd man out. He has totaled just 138 scrimmage yards through six games this season.
