Speaking to the media on Wednesday, Dolphins’ QB Tua Tagovailoa noted that he considered retiring from football following the 2022 season.
Fantasy Impact: Tagovailoa went on to note that he has ultimately decided to keep playing after discussing options with his family. The consideration for Tua is warranted, as he suffered two excruciating head injuries last season that took a toll on him for numerous weeks. Another injury as such could put his health in serious danger going forward. From a football standpoint, Tagovailoa should be all systems go for the start of the 2023 campaign. The Dolphins signed QB Mike White this offseason to backup their fourth-year starter.
