Tyler Conklin caught 6-of-9 targets for 40 yards in New York’s 31-30 comeback victory over the Browns on Sunday.
Fantasy Impact: Conklin’s nine targets were second on the team only to Garrett Wilson’s 14 but his 40 yards were good for only 4th. Flacco used Conklin as a security blanket at times in Week 2 and the new Jet tight end responded with a double-digit PPR performance. At a shallow fantasy position like tight end, days like these can be like gold, and managers in search of tight end help should take a look at Conklin, especially as long as Joe Flacco is at the Jets’ helm.
