According to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, the Minnesota Vikings are hiring Brian Flores as their next defensive coordinator.
Fantasy Impact: Flores last worked with the Pittsburgh Steelers as a senior defensive assistant and LBs coach and with the Miami Dolphins as a head coach. Flores, who coached up successful defenses with the Dolphins, will have a chance to reconstruct a defense that struggled in 2022, particularly in the playoffs. Flores was also a candidate for the Arizona Cardinals’ head coaching position.
