Will Grier officially released by Dallas Tuesday

Will Grier, who had been informed of his release before his last preseason game, has been officially released.

Fantasy Impact: Grier became the odd man out when the Cowboys shocked the NFL world and traded for Trey Lance. With incumbent Cooper Rush already backing up Dak Prescott, there wasn’t enough space for Grier. Time will tell if the QB finds a new home to begin the season.
