Zach Wilson (head) ruled out Sunday

Jets QB Zach Wilson (head) has officially been ruled out for the remainder of the game Sunday.

Fantasy Impact: Wilson exited the first half early and went to the locker room with an apparent injury. Wilson was hit hard on four sacks by the Dolphins’ defense and will not return to the game. Trevor Siemian will quarterback the Jets for the remainder of the game.
