Jalen Carter and the Eagles have agreed to a four year, $21 million fully-guaranteed contract.
Fantasy Impact: Carter becomes the first rookie first-round pick to land a contract. Carter was drafted ninth overall by the Eagles and arguably is a steal at that pick. The Eagles’ defensive line is likely going to produce a lot of sacks and will benefit from the addition of the rookie Carter.
