Greg Dulcich (hamstring) returned to practice on Tuesday and has been designated to return from injured reserve.

Fantasy Impact: Dulcich has been out for several weeks while on injured reserve because of a hamstring injury, but he returned to practice on Tuesday, meaning that he’s been designated to return and his 21-day practice window is open. He should be back in the near future, but him being available for Thursday night’s game seems like a longshot. Either way, he’ll be back soon, which will offer a nice boost to QB Russell Wilson moving forward.
