Zach Ertz clears waivers, has interest with contenders

Veteran TE Zach Ertz has cleared the league’s waivers and will become an unrestricted free agent, setting him up to sign with whomever he pleases.

Fantasy Impact: Ertz – the former Philadelphia Eagle and Arizona Cardinal – is expected to be interested in signing with a contender and fighting for a ring in 2023. His old employer, the Eagles, is expected to have interest in him, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter. Also, Baltimore, Kansas City and Buffalo could show interest in the 33-year-old TE who showed flashes of production earlier in the season before being moved to injured reserve.
