Washington Redskins head coach Jay Gruden said that both rookie wide receivers Trey Quinn and Cam Sims suffered high ankle sprains in Week 1 against the Cardinals. The team is still waiting to learn whether either player will need surgery. High ankle sprains usually require multiple weeks to recover from, so neither rookie will be out there in Week 2. If they have surgery, that could them out for at least half of the season. Neither player was on the fantasy radar, as they were both only working on special teams.
