Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports that the Miami Dolphins are releasing LB Kyle Van Noy, one year into his four-year, $51 million dollar contract.
Fantasy Impact: After a disappointing first year in Miami, in which Van Noy recorded only 69 tackles and six sacks, the team informed the veteran linebacker that he will be released. The move comes at a bit of a shock as the veteran was coming into the second year of a four-year, $51 million dollar contract. His release will save the Dolphins $10 million dollars in cap space.
