Believe it or not, it is possible to gain an advantage in fantasy football each week with the many streaming kickers who are available on the waiver wire.
Week 11 was a great week for kickers in fantasy football. More than half of the kickers in play reached the 10-point threshold that I aim for when streaming the position. While Week 11 was great, that high production cannot always be expected out of the kicker position in fantasy football.
This week, two of the most widely owned kickers, Greg Zuerlein and Harrison Butker, will be on a bye. While it usually it not advised to carry two kickers on your roster, Zuerlein provides such a high floor and consistent production that if the Zuerlein owner in your league decides to drop him during his bye week, I would have no issue picking him up and carrying two kickers for Week 12 to ensure having a high-end kicker for the fantasy playoffs. However, for those not lucky enough to get Greg Zuerlein, here are some great streaming options for Week 12.
Jason Sanders (MIA)
Jason Sanders has been great lately, eclipsing 13 points in 3 of his last 5 outings. He has a prime matchup with the Colts this week, who have allowed the 3rd most points to opposing kickers this season. They allow a touchdown on only 53 percent of red zone drives this season, which ranks 8th in the league. Additionally, the Dolphins have been the worst red zone offense in the NFL so far this season. They are scoring on only 40% of their red zone possessions. Combining a poor red zone offense with a strong red zone defense usually yields great fantasy production for kickers. Look for Sanders to stay hot with a great outing in Week 12.

Josh Lambo (JAC)
Josh Lambo has been a productive kicker this season. However, he has been ramping up his production lately with star running back Leonard Fournette returning to the offense. Lambo is averaging 12 points per game over his last 3 outings and has a great matchup in Week 12 against a Bills defense that is allowing the 4th most fantasy points per game to kickers this season. Jacksonville has been terrible in the red zone this season, scoring on only 47 percent of red zone possessions, which ranks in the bottom 6 in the NFL. Lambo should be in line for a great outing in Week 12.
Matt Bryant (ATL)
Bryant is usually one of the top kickers in fantasy football. However, due to an injury and missing a few weeks, he was dropped in most leagues. Bryant was available in two thirds of leagues at the time of writing. However, coming off of a 17-point performance, Bryant will be in high demand this week. Bryant has scored 13 or more points in 3 of his last 4 outings. The Saints have been the best defense against kickers this season, but Bryant has been so productive lately that he is a must-start kicker regardless of matchup. Atlanta has one of the league’s best offenses, but they have struggled to finish drives with touchdowns lately, often settling for field goal attempts. This trend should continue against a strong Saints defense in Week 12, which will allow Bryant to stay hot.
