Week 4 DraftKings Tournament Plays: Below are high-upside players to consider in tournament games at each position on the DraftKings main slate.

Quarterback: Matt Ryan (ATL, $6,100)

CIN @ ATL: Vegas has this as the second highest scoring game on the main slate at 52.5 total points.

Matt Ryan and the Atlanta offense have been involved in shootouts against the Carolina Panthers and New Orleans Saints the last two weeks, and I see this trend of high scoring games continuing against a revamped Cincinnati Bengal offense. Over the last two games Matt Ryan has averaged an ridiculous 37.42 fantasy points, and this trend is correlated with the emergence of Calvin Ridley. Matt Ryan has a ton of weapons on offense starting with Julio Jones, Ridley, and Mohamed Sanu at wide receiver, a great pass catching running back in Tevin Coleman (Devonta Freeman out), and Austin Hooper at tight end as a trustworthy safety net. His matchup with the Bengals is just begging to be a shootout as the Bengals pass defense is ranked 24th in yards allowed and 21st in points allowed. So not only will the Bengals offense struggle to stop Atlanta, Atlanta’s defense will also struggle as they’re ranked even lower than Cincinnati’s defense at 26th in passing yards allowed and 27th in points allowed.

Andy Dalton (CIN, $5,400):​ With Matt Ryan most likely being more chalky this week, Andy Dalton would be a great pivot and salary saver to plug in and get exposure to this high scoring matchup.

Other solids plays: Mitchell Trubisky (CHI, $5,200), DeShaun Watson (HOU, $6,300)

Running Back: Aaron Jones (GB, $4,100), Carlos Hyde (CLE, $5,500), LeSean McCoy (BUF, $5,600)

Notable cheap chalky players: Giovani Bernard (CIN, $6,300), James White (NE, $5,400)

Aaron Jones:​ Jones played his first game of the year last week after being suspended for the first two weeks. Last year he came seemingly out of nowhere and had great success running the ball at 5.5 yards per carry, and in his first game back last week he ran the ball 6 times for 42 yards (7 yards per carry). With a solid debut last week and proven past success he should see an increase in workload this week vs Buffalo. It’s important to note that the Green Bay running back by committee approach will scare fantasy owners from rostering any of their backs, making Jones a fairly low owned player this week.

Carlos Hyde: ​At this point in the season the threat of rookie Nick Chubb stealing carries has faded dramatically, and Hyde is clearly the workhorse for the Browns. Hyde is coming off of a season high game in carries and yards at 23 carries for 98 yards for 2 touchdowns. Hyde has scored in every game this season and has a total of 4 touchdowns through three games. This week’s matchup is favorable as the Raiders are ranked 22nd in rush defense, allowing 116.3 yards on the ground per game. With Baker Mayfield starting this week it looks like the Browns offense will be all around better and more potent allowing for more opportunity for Hyde to get into the end zone.

LeSean McCoy: ​Look, Weeks 1 and 2 for the Bills were flat out horrible, they looked like the worst team in the NFL and it wasn’t even close. But, out of nowhere they showed up, lead by Josh Allen they dismantled a very good team in the Vikings. McCoy is banged up and hasn’t done anything this year, but he is still LeSean McCoy, and the Bills are facing a shaky in the Green Bay Packers who rank 27th against the run and 21st in points allowed. At a very low price of $5,600 McCoy has the upside and big play potential to score like an RB1.

Other solid plays: Melvin Gordon III (LAC, $8,300), Ezekiel Elliott (DAL, $7,700)

Wide Receiver: Jarvis Landry (CLE, $7,400), Odell Beckham Jr. ($8,700), Mike Williams (LAC, $4,500)

Notable cheap chalky players: Calvin Ridley (ATL, $4,900), Tyler Boyd (CIN, $4,600)

Jarvis Landry:​ Over the first three weeks Landry has seen an ridiculous amount of targets at 36. The amount of volume he gets raises his floor drastically and his ceiling should be higher with Baker Mayfield’s willingness to throw more aggressively than Tyrod Taylor. I expect Landry to get more looks in the endzone this week against a soft Raiders defense that ranks 19th in passing yards allowed.

Odell Beckham Jr: ​Beckham has been relatively quiet thus far and now he gets a matchup against the Saints who have the 30th ranked pass defense. In order for the Giants to keep up with Drew Brees and the high powered Saints offense they must throw the ball down the field and score. With Evan Engram out, more targets and opportunities have will be available for the Giant’s receivers. Beckham is the second most expensive receiver just under Michael Thomas who should be more highly owned, making this a great pivot play.

Mike Williams: ​Williams is a cheap receiver in the same range as Calvin Ridley and Tyler Boyd who should be very chalky, making this another great pivot play. Williams is coming into his own and seems to have solidified himself as the number two receiver ahead of Tyrell Williams. Through 3 weeks he has 3 touchdowns, that’s a pretty good average, you do the math. Williams has big play ability and Phillip Rivers isn’t afraid to launch the ball downfield. Last week, against Marcus Peters he caught a nice 42 yard touchdown, and tied Keenan Allen for the team high in targets (7).

Other solid plays: Sterling Shepard (NYG, $4,900), Allen Robinson II (CHI, $5,900)

Tight End: O.J. Howard (TB, $3,500)

O.J. Howard: ​Howard has seen an uptick in targets every week, with 8 last week. Howard is a very good athlete who is becoming more and more involved in the offense each week. Last week he broke double digit fantasy points for the second week in a row and has shown that he has big play ability with a 75 yard touchdown catch in Week 2. I believe Howard is a steal at $3,500 as his ceiling is high and is only getting higher every week.

Other solid plays: David Njoku (CLE, $3,200), Trey Burton (CHI, $3,900)

Defense/Special Teams: Browns $2,900

The Browns are averaging over 10 fantasy points per game and are priced generously at $2,900. A cheap defense that has performed well all year is a good way to save money to spend up on other positions.
