DraftKings week eight is here and I can hardly believe that we are almost halfway done with the regular season. Why does time have to pass so quickly during football season? I hope you guys have had a tremendous amount of success in DraftKings thus far. Let’s get into the projections.

Stacks That I Like
Philip Rivers and Keenan Allen
Although they haven’t been great so far, this stack is, in fact, my favorite stack of the week. The matchup is incredibly soft and New England’s offense should put up a lot of points to force Rivers to air it out. Although Allen isn’t a touchdown machine, he is certainly capable of grabbing one at any time and even if he doesn’t, he is a sure bet to get more than a handful of receptions
Alex Smith and Travis Kelce
The matchup seems much more daunting than it truly is. In fact, the Broncos have only been slightly above average against QBs and have been below average against TEs. The Chiefs are at home in a Sunday night football rivalry and are hungry for a win after losing two in a row.
QBs That I Like
Carson Wentz
How can you not like him? He has been on fire as of late and gets a matchup softer than my cotton pillow. This is more of a sure bet than the Patriots putting up points this week. The reason why I didn’t stack Wentz with anyone is that he loves to spread the ball around.
Projection: 307yd 2td
Similar to Wentz, Cousins loves to spread the ball around, has a great matchup, and has been on fire as of late. Cousins also gets back Jordan Reed, adding to an already stacked playmaking core.
Projection: 285yd 2td
RBs that I like
He has expressed frustration towards the Bengals commitment to the running game. The Bengals should get up big on the Colts early so I expect Mixon to get 20+ carries. The Colts are also in the bottom half of the NFL in run defense.
Projection 72 yd 1td
LeGarrette Blount
Similar to the Bengals, the Eagles should get up quickly and lean on the running game.
Projection: 80yd 1td
WRs that I like
I expect this game to be nothing less than a shootout. Evans could see upwards of 12 targets this week and against an average secondary, that could mean a huge game for the ever-improving wide receiver.
Projection: 8rec 120yd 1td
This game could literally dictate the rest of Juju’s career. If he has a great game, Bryant could actually get his wish and Smith-Schuster could take over that role. If he doesn’t, Mike Tomlin will continue to dismiss Bryant’s requests. This is a golden opportunity that Smith-Schuster needs to perform well in.
Projection 7rec 92yd
TE’s that I like
Jared Cook
Coming off of a fantastic performance last week, I expect Cook to continue to have success against a Bills team that has been significantly below average when guarding the TE position. Five of Cook’s next matchups come against bottom 10 TE defending teams.
Projection: 61yd 1td
Tyler Kroft
With John Ross expected to play a lot this week, the Colts will be forced to respect the deep play thus opening up the middle of the field for Kroft. This play is more of a tournament only play.
Projection: 4rec 57 yd 1td
DST’s that I like
Eagles
If Beathard couldn’t even capitalize against a mediocre Dallas defense, what makes you think that he will be able to versus an Eagles defense that is better than Dallas’ at home? This is a pretty sure bet as the only talent that offense has is Hyde, and the Eagles are among the best when stopping the run.
Projection: 14pts
Vikings
They’re playing the Browns.
Projection 2000000pts (13 pts)
Good luck this week!
