A.J. Green (knee) has officially been ruled out for the Cardinals’ Week 4 game with Carolina.
Fantasy Impact: The veteran wide receiver left early in Week 3 with what was classified as a bone bruise. Green did not log any practice time this week as he deals with a knee injury. Fantasy managers should expect Marquise Brown, Zach Ertz, and Greg Dortch to continue to see the bulk of the targets.
