Green Bay RB AJ Dillon left the field against the Rams on Monday night to be evaluated for a concussion.
Fantasy Impact: Dillon exited the game late in the second half and did not return. He was seen jogging to the locker room in an oriented-fashion despite the quick rule out. Dillon had been playing well prior to going down, rushing for a couple of touchdowns on the night. Expect more updates from the Packers’ coaching staff on his status in the next day or so.
