Allen Robinson II caught five of seven targets for 54 yards in Sunday’s loss to the San Francisco 49ers.
Fantasy Impact: Coming off his best game of the season, it looked like Robinson was headed for another standout performance after a strong first quarter. He was targeted four times on the team’s second drive of the game, catching his first three passes. He had two shots at a touchdown at the goal line, drawing a pass interference call on one opportunity and missing the second. Unfortunately for fantasy managers, Robinson saw just three targets for the rest of the game. As the Rams fell behind, Matthew Stafford started turning to his number one target, Cooper Kupp, and Robinson once again became an afterthought. It’s safer to leave the veteran WR on the bench, but he may needed to be started next week against Tampa Bay with six teams on a bye.
