Fantasy Impact: Staley continues his meteoric rise through the coaching ranks, landing a head coaching gig despite having just one season as a coordinator on his resume. He’s considered one of the most progressive defensive minds in football right now, however. The pairing is an interesting one as the Chargers’ best selling point has to be the future of the offense under Justin Herbert. It’ll be crucial to see who is brought in as the offensive coordinator.
