Brett Rypien finished 24-for-46 for 225 yards passing and an interception in Denver’s Week 7 16-9 loss to the Jets.
Fantasy Impact: Rypien played like a surefire backup on Sunday, and struggled to make anything happen versus an impressive Jets’ defense. Rypien averaged a measly 4.9 YPA and was seen missing receivers all over the field throughout the game. Predictably, no skill position player other than Jerry Jeudy was able to get anything going during this one. The Broncos now sit at 2-5 on the season and will likely be without Russell Wilson for at least another week. They head to London to face the Jaguars in Week 8.
