Cam Akers tallied 44 rushing yards on 15 carries and caught two of his three targets for 18 yards in a win over the Falcons.
Fantasy Impact: Akers saw considerably more volume in Week 2 than in the season opener. Unfortunately for fantasy managers, the Rams’ run game was ineffective in Week 2. Akers will look to continue to increase his efficiency in a Week 3 matchup with Arizona. Fantasy managers may still want to wait and see how the timeshare with Akers and Darrell Henderson shakes out in Week 3.
