The Carolina Panthers defense tallied two sacks, blocked a kick and recovered a fumble while allowing 31 points in Sunday’s 37-15 loss to the 49ers.
Fantasy Impact: Carolina was once again saved by the fantasy points given for blocked kicks and fumble recoveries in what was otherwise an ugly defensive showing. It’s going to be tough for this defense to hold up all season, as the offense isn’t doing it any favors at all. A matchup with the struggling Rams offense awaits in Week 6.
